Our client, a leading property developer located in Kildare, has asked Barden to assist in identifying a Part-Qualified Accountant to join their supportive and passionate finance team.

ABOUT THE ROLE
* Conduct bank reconciliations, postings, and transaction analysis.
* Post and reconcile creditor invoices, and handle intercompany invoicing and reconciliation.
* Perform various balance sheet reconciliations.
* Determine accruals and prepayments.
* Assist in the preparation of monthly management accounts.
* Oversee cash flows and project working capital needs.
* Manage debtors and creditors ledger.
* Support year-end close activities and coordinate with external auditors.
* Aid in compiling budgets and forecasts for all group activities.
* Manage and record daily accounts payable.
* Update internal reports and collaborate with the purchasing manager.
* Verify the accuracy of subcontractor invoices.
* Assist in the preparation of financial statements.
* Reconcile supplier statements and ensure invoices match purchase orders.
* Ensure compliance with the invoice approval process.
ABOUT THE PERSON
* Part qualified accountant, working towards professional exams;
* Minimum of 3 years in a similar position;
* Excellent organisational and time management skills;
* Good problem-solving skills;
* A team player;
* Ability to work under pressure and to strict deadlines;
* Strong proficiency in Excel, Word, and Outlook.
