About the Role
We are looking for a Recruitment Associate to join the Amazon Stores EMEA Recruiting team and contribute to delivering against Amazon's hiring requirements. This office-based role requires adaptability and flexibility, with open communication encouraged between recruiters and hiring teams.
Key Responsibilities
* Partner with hiring teams to ensure end-to-end recruitment process adherence.
* Support execution of recruiting plans and maintain key information.
* Guide Hiring Managers and candidates through the hiring process.
* Monitor and sift direct applications according to role requirements.
* Generate pipeline using multiple channels, including job boards, referrals, events, social media, marketing, and adverts.
* Contribute to Amazon's internal mobility process by managing administrative tasks.
Requirements
* C1 level English (CEFR) and B2 level in German/Italian/French/Spanish.
* Experience working with MS Office suite in a professional environment.
* Relevant experience in Administrative/Corporate/Customer Service environment.
Preferred Qualifications
* Additional proficiency in Polish or Czech or French or Italian or Turkish or Spanish or Dutch or Portuguese or Slovak.
* Strong organizational and negotiation skills.
* Relevant experience communicating with stakeholders.
