Key Responsibilities
1. Assist in the commissioning and qualification activities for clean utility systems, including purified water systems, WFI (Water for Injection), clean steam generators, and other critical utilities.
2. Develop and execute comprehensive commissioning protocols, ensuring adherence to regulatory standards and industry best practices.
3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate clean utility systems seamlessly into facility operations.
4. Develop and implement validation plans, protocols, and reports for clean utility systems to meet regulatory requirements.
5. Conduct risk assessments and implement corrective and preventive actions to ensure ongoing compliance.
6. Perform periodic reviews and audits to verify the continued validation status of clean utility systems.
7. Identify and resolve issues related to clean utility systems through thorough troubleshooting and root cause analysis.
8. Implement optimization strategies to enhance the efficiency and performance of clean utilities while maintaining compliance.
9. Prepare and review documentation, including standard operating procedures (SOPs), validation reports, and other relevant documentation.
Required Qualifications
1. Degree in Mechanical or Chemical Engineering.
2. 5+ years of experience with clean utility systems in regulated environments.
Skills and Attributes
1. Strong understanding of clean utility design and operation.
2. Knowledge of validation standards for clean utilities.
3. Excellent problem-solving and technical skills.
