Public Sector Role
We are recruiting for a Grade 3 Clerical Officer on a temporary basis in Tuam, Co. Galway.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide comprehensive administrative support, including data entry, filing, document management, and post handling.
• Coordinate appointments, cover reception duties, and maintain accurate records with confidentiality.
• Offer excellent customer service, respond to inquiries, and follow procedures while complying with policies.
• Perform various ad hoc duties as required.
Requirements:
• Experience in clerical or administrative roles is preferred.
• Proficiency in using Microsoft Word and Excel is essential.
• Minute taking experience is desirable.
• A valid driver's license and reliable transportation are necessary.
• Strong organisational, time management, communication, and interpersonal skills are required.
• Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality is essential.
