Objective:
The primary responsibility for this role is to oversee the daily operations of the bar and provide exceptional customer service to patrons.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage a busy hotel bar environment with 2+ years of experience.
* Prior experience in a 4/5 star hotel is essential for success in this role.
* Maintain attention to detail while showcasing extensive knowledge of wines, cocktails, and other beverages.
* Present oneself professionally, politely, and welcomingly, enhancing guests' experiences.
* Demonstrate excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills.
* Handle stock control, ordering, deliveries, and inventory management.
* Work effectively under pressure and manage a team with ease.
* Able to adapt to various shifts, including days, nights, and weekends.
