We are hiring a Duty Manager for our client in Co. Sligo .
This is a key role within the operations team, ensuring smooth day-to-day running of the property and delivering outstanding guest service.
Key Responsibilities: Oversee the daily operations of all departments during your shift Support and coordinate with front office, food & beverage, and housekeeping teams Handle guest inquiries, feedback, and resolve any issues promptly Ensure the highest standards of service, safety, and presentation throughout the property Assist with staff supervision, training, and motivation Conduct regular checks of all public areas, back-of-house, and operational facilities Manage and report on any incidents or operational concerns Requirements: Previous experience in a Duty Manager or supervisory role within the hospitality sector Strong leadership and problem-solving skills Excellent communication and customer service abilities Ability to remain calm under pressure and multitask effectively Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends Location: Co.
