He/she will be a strategic business partner responsible for developing, leading, and implementing hiring initiatives to meet overall recruitment goals and targets in partnership with other Regional Leads. This exciting opportunity is a hands-on role, which requires significant project management and execution skills.KEY RESPONSIBILITIESPartner with senior leaders to understand business strategy challenges and focus recruiting efforts to align with and/or develop the workforce plan.Develop and maintain strong working relationships with all levels within the organization to create a partnership that yields success and credibility.Build upon and increase AMD's employment brand ensuring an ability to attract the highest quality talent.Lead and manage executive level recruiting.Partner with internal Centers of Excellence (COEs) to manage all supporting processes (Immigration, Global Trade, On-boarding, Background Investigation, etc.).Proactively review and refine processes to increase recruiter/hiring manager efficiencies, foster consistency, support a highly positive candidate experience, and ensure regional compliance requirements.Be a champion and stay up to date with the latest recruiting trends both within the technology industry as well as throughout other progressive companies.Lead various talent team projects related to recruiting, hiring, and onboarding.Manage and leverage recruiting technology to enhance business results, provide scalability, timely information, and ensure consistency.Provide reporting and metrics as needed by the business.LOCATIONDublin, Ireland#LI-TK1Benefits offered are described: AMD benefits at a glance.
