Parklands Nursery and Montessori School is a small, privately owned nursery school dedicated to providing a HOME FROM HOME, ensuring a safe, engaging, and stimulating environment for all our young children. We believe in fostering creativity, curiosity, and a love for learning in every child. We are currently seeking a passionate and experienced Nursery School Manager to join our team.
Key Responsibilities
1. Oversee the daily operations of the nursery school, ensuring a high standard of care and education.
2. Lead and support a team of educators, providing guidance and professional development opportunities.
3. Develop and implement age-appropriate curriculum and activities that promote holistic child development.
4. Maintain compliance with all regulatory requirements and health and safety standards.
5. Build positive relationships with parents, staff, and the local community.
6. Knowledgeable of Core funding, HIVE, and NCS Scheme.
Requirements
1. Minimum of 3 years of experience in a managerial role within an early years setting with a level 8 or above.
2. First language English; excellent communication skills are essential.
3. Relevant qualifications in Early Childhood Education.
4. Strong leadership abilities and a passion for working with young children.
5. Knowledge of current early years frameworks and best practices.
