The Role -Payroll / Accounting Technician Payroll: Gathering and reviewing timesheets Capturing approved annual and sick leave, along with any specific adjustments related to overtime, bonus or other exceptional payments Entering date onto the payroll software Working to resolve discrepancies in payments as a matter of urgency.
Provide cash flow information General Accounts Support the FC in month-end accounting and reporting, including balance sheet recs Other duties and projects as appropriate Accounts Payable: Receiving, coding and getting payment approval Three-way matching Perform monthly vendor reconciliations Respond to vendor queries and issues and resolve accordingly Provide cash flow information Qualifications and Experience Payroll processing experience Book-keeping and accounts experience Strong interpersonal and communication skills; Good business acumen; Ability to work as part of a team; Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
