Job Description
This role will focus on building a comprehensive marketing strategy that supports our retail and B2B business objectives.
You will be responsible for managing social media campaigns, overseeing website updates and enhancing product offering visibility.
This is a hands-on position ideal for a marketing professional who thrives on initiative and enjoys balancing creative strategy with practical execution.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and implement marketing strategies that align with business objectives for both retail and B2B markets.
* Develop product activation initiatives to improve brand awareness and grow sales.
* Drive product visibility by creating compelling product marketing materials and campaigns.
* Manage social media marketing campaigns, including content creation, scheduling, and analytics.
* Oversee the redesign, content updates, and optimisation of the company website to improve user experience and engagement.
* Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and customer needs in both retail and B2B sectors.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive branding and messaging across all channels.
* Monitor and analyse marketing performance metrics, providing regular reports and actionable insights.
* Handle administrative tasks related to marketing, including maintaining budgets, processing invoices, and coordinating with external vendors.
Requirements
* Proven experience in a marketing role, ideally in both retail and B2B environments.
* Strong knowledge of consumer/customer behaviour.
* Commercial & analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and adjust strategies accordingly.
* Ability to work independently & manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
* Strong skills in social media management and content creation.
* Experience with website management platforms (e.g., Word Press, Shopify) and basic knowledge of SEO.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
