Job Title: Accounts Administrator
Location: Co. Cork
We are seeking an experienced Accounts Administrator to join our Accounting and Finance team at our client, a multi-channel company experiencing exciting growth and expansion.
About the Role:
* Process and manage collections to ensure all customer accounts are up to date and reconciled.
* Preparing and processing customer payments.
* Perform regular account reconciliations.
* Provide assistance with month-end close procedures.
* Report on KPIs and key deliverables.
* Manage supplier invoice entry and supplier/bank reconciliations.
* Ad-hoc duties as required.
Requirements:
* 2+ years experience in a similar role.
* Highly organised with excellent attention to detail.
* Ability to prioritise workload and work as part of a team.
* Strong communication skills.
