Job Summary:
The Manager, Commercial Operations will act as both an external key account manager and a manager of internal customer management and product allocation processes for Biosupplies customers of the Biopharma product range.
Key Responsibilities:
* External Key Account Management: Forecasting, price negotiation, contract management - maintain and update agreements between Grifols and BioSupplies customers.
* Internal Customer Management: Manage the entire product allocation process from reviewing and allocating stock to BioSupplies customers via SAP, initiating customer bona fides process with Quality, receipt of PO, reviewing and submitting orders to customer service, reviewing product delivery, distribution of documentation.
* Forecasting: Maintain and review historical sales, budgets, and forecasting.
* Shipping Report: Developing SAP-derived reports detailing shipments of product to BioSupplies customers.
* New Opportunities: Review from a commercial and strategic point of view new requests of BioSupplies BioPharma products.
* Coordination with Technical Area: Coordinate with the technical area for the potential supply of BioPharma products, including technical and regulatory requirements.
* Mid- and Long-Term Strategy: Participate with Marketing and R&D in the mid- and long-term strategy to assure the growth of the business unit.
* Additional Collaborations: Explore additional collaborations and synergies with current and potential customers.
Person Specification:
* Key Account Management: Ability to manage external key accounts.
* Understanding of Grifols Internal Departments: Understanding of Grifols' internal departments and processes, including customer service, quality, and demand planning across all Grifols manufacturing sites.
* SAP Knowledge: Proficient in SAP.
* Understanding of Grifols Products: Understanding of Grifols' products and their use in further manufacture.
* Education: Third Level Bachelor Degree.
* Experience: 3 years of experience within the Pharma Industry supply chain.
* Flexible, Organized, and Excellent Communication Skills: Flexible, organized, and excellent communication skills required with a commercial focus as a bonus.
* Languages: Spanish desirable but not essential.
* Microsoft Suite Proficiency: Proficient in Microsoft Suite.
* Travel Requirements: Available to travel.
