Document Controller
We are seeking an experienced Document Controller for our West County Dublin project.
Key Responsibilities:
* Ensure all documents conform to established standards and procedures.
* Prepare, operate, and update Document Control Procedures in line with our Document Management System.
* Ensure accessibility, traceability, and accuracy of documents.
* Effectively deal with enquires.
* Compile and maintain construction records on time, including RFIs, Technical Submittals, Delivery Dockets, Labour Statistics, Monthly Progress Reports, and BCAR Trackers.
* Manage Stationary orders and IT access requests.
* Perform any administrative duties as necessitated by changing business needs.
Requirements:
* Minimum 1-2 years experience working on a construction site in a similar role.
* Good time management skills & ability to meet deadlines.
* Strong organisational & communication skills.
* Excellent IT Skills.
* Motivated and flexible.
