We have enjoyed remarkable success in Ireland and as we look to strengthen our sales team across the UK we are on the hunt for a Business Development Manager that has extensive experience within Air, Sea and Road Freight sales. This will be a remote field sales position covering the West of Ireland, with occasional travel to our Ireland HQ in Dublin.

Responsibilities
In this crucial role, you will be on the road driving and generating new business development through selling our cargo-partner Air, Sea, Road, and Warehousing product portfolio whilst building strong long-lasting relationships with new and existing customers to maximize both customer satisfaction and revenue.
* Drive and generate new business development
* Develop and nurture relationships with existing customers
* Spearhead and participate in tender bids and lead price negotiation
* Build long-term relationships with clients
* Perform regular updates via our Customer Relations Management system
* Represent interests of the company before third parties
* Perform cost-benefit analysis of existing/potential customers
* Enhance teamwork with other departments
Qualifications
The right candidate will possess:
* An experienced hunter
* A true commercial thinker with a tenacious attitude
* Outstanding communication and persuasive skills
* Experience in the freight forwarding/logistics industry
* A proven record of accomplishment in field sales
