Accounts Payable and Payroll Administrator
Location: Dublin City Centre
HireForce has been engaged with a successful Irish Company who are looking for an Accounts Payable and Payroll Administrator. This role will support the day-to-day financial operations of the company, with a focus on payroll, accounts payables, and payment reconciliation. The successful candidate will be a detail-oriented individual, who will play a vital role in ensuring operational efficiency, financial accuracy, and administrative excellence.
Responsibilities:
* Assist with processing payroll, ensuring accuracy and timely completion.
* Manage accounts payable, reconciling supplier statements and ensuring timely payments.
* Manage accounts receivable, including chasing debtors.
* Enter day-to-day financial transactions.
* Assist in preparing financial reports and reconciling accounts as needed.
* Provide administrative support to the head office team in administrative tasks and maintaining records.
Requirements:
* Experience with Payroll
* Experience with Accounts Payable
* Strong bookkeeping skills; the role functions as the finance point of contact on-site.
