We have an opportunity for a Supply Chain Specialist to join our Supply Chain team.
As a Supply Chain Specialist, you will play a key role in ensuring the seamless execution of our supply chain operations while driving efficiency and delivering exceptional service to internal and external stakeholders.
Working closely with cross-functional teams, you will optimize processes and contribute to initiatives that enhance overall performance.

Key duties include but are not limited to: Prepare and analyze KPI reports to track performance across replenishment activities, including availability, inventory management, and stock appreciation.
Assess stock appreciation performance against budget, conducting detailed line-level analysis to identify trends and opportunities, and drive continuous improvement in appreciation processes.
Support customer-specific initiatives by collaborating with Replenishment Planners to gather data, provide insights, and enhance customer communication.
Oversee the management of external storage providers, ensuring accurate inventory tracking and seamless stock movements between external locations and the CDC.Contribute to capacity and space management workstreams, optimizing resource utilization to meet operational demands.
Collaborate with replenishment and commercial teams to manage inventory effectively, addressing overstocks, residual stocks, and waste risks proactively.
Design, implement, and lead supply chain projects that deliver value-added services and cost efficiencies.
Provide ad hoc reporting and actionable insights to Supply Chain Management, supporting strategic decision-making and presenting findings to senior stakeholders.
Foster strong relationships with teams across Trading, Operations, and Sales to identify opportunities for continuous improvement and deliver enhanced supply chain performance.
Education Skills and Experience:
Essential Qualifications:
A third-level qualification in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, or a related field
Required Experience:
Minimum of 3 years' experience in a supply chain, logistics, or inventory management role within FMCG or a similar environment.
Demonstrated ability to build strong relationships with external and internal stakeholders.
Proven analytical skills with experience in data analysis and reporting.
Proficiency in IT systems, including advanced skills in MS Excel and familiarity with supply chain management tools.
Required Skills:
Strong organizational and time-management skills, with an ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a focus on clarity and impact.
A meticulous approach to detail and problem-solving.
Ability to work independently while also contributing to a team environment.

Experience working with Continuous Improvement methodologies or Lean principles.
