Job Title: Sales Manager DACH Market - Business Development Representative
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager to lead one of our high-performing BDR teams.
Your Responsibilities:
* Recruit, train, and support BDRs to meet and exceed their individual attainment metrics while hitting our wider strategic goals.
* Conduct regular 1:1 meetings, providing guidance and motivation to team members.
* Drive and develop a high-performing, diverse, and inclusive team culture.
* Collaborate closely with peers in Business Development, Sales, and Sales Enablement to share best practices and ensure an optimal customer experience.
* Enforce weekly scorecard reviews to identify performance gaps and areas for improvement.
Requirements:
* Minimum 1 year of experience managing BDRs in a SaaS company.
* A proven track record of over-performance in Individual Contributor and Manager roles.
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
* Passion for training and development.
* Data analysis skills with a focus on trend analysis.
* Ability to adapt to change and thrive in a fast-paced work environment.
* Proficiency with sales tools such as Outreach, Salesforce, and Cognism.
* Fluency in German (verbal and written) and English.
