Job Description:
Travel around South Leinster & Munster will be required for this role, company car provided.
Position Overview: Morgan McKinley is currently working with a well-established plant & machinery dealership who supply equipment to construction & mining industries. Due to recent expansion, our client is looking for an innovative & hardworking sales executive to join their growing team.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Promote and demonstrate products through demonstrating product features and benefits to customers.
2. Service existing accounts, whilst providing excellent customer service and maintaining strong client relationships.
3. Identify new business opportunities to expand the customer base.
4. Attend trade shows and events to represent the company and promote products.
5. Achieve sales targets and report on sales activities regularly.
6. Stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities.
7. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
8. Recommend product and service improvements based on customer feedback.
Key Requirements:
1. Proven experience in sales, preferably in the machinery or construction/mining industry.
2. Strong knowledge of construction trends.
3. Experience with B2B sales is highly desirable.
4. Familiarity with CRM software and sales tracking tools.
5. Strong understanding of Microsoft Office.
6. A valid driver’s license.
