* Utilize client's database to organize and update client information, ensuring data accuracy and streamlining the sales process.
* Prepare detailed sales proposals tailored to individual property owners, highlighting the benefits and value propositions of the client's offerings.
* Engage in continuous learning and development opportunities provided by the client, enhancing sales techniques and industry knowledge.
Requirements
* Fluent in German
* Enthusiastic with a desire to learn.
* Sales or negotiation experience.
* The ability to work independently while also being a team player.
