Senior Mortgage Advisor

This role plays a critical part in establishing the mortgage sales support unit and shaping the evolving unit to optimize customer experience and successful outcomes.
* Actively manage leads to achieve and exceed targets
* Provide proactive and reactive customer support and advice via digital contact
* Own the customer journey from initial enquiry to drawdown
* Deliver mortgage completion and drawdown targets through optimized pipeline management
* Work closely with product colleagues to review and refine mortgage sales practices
Requirements
* Experience in mortgage new business end-to-end
* QFA or Professional Banker qualification
* Proven experience supporting customers in proactive and reactive environments
* Familiarity with regulatory environment for mortgages
* Record of accomplishment working with credit functions to progress mortgage applications
