Your Role: Key Responsibilities
1. Manage and process customer orders, including data entry and evaluation
2. Confirm order receipts and communicate scheduled shipping dates to customers
3. Collaborate with the Level 2 support team to resolve issues and ensure customer satisfaction
4. Interpret customer contracts and quotes, ensuring compliance with terms, special instructions, and revenue recognition policies
What We're Looking For
5. Fluency in both German and English
6. Proficiency in Excel; experience with Salesforce, Oracle, or ERP systems is a strong advantage
7. Prior experience in an administrative or office-based role
8. Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills
