Tasks, Duties & Responsibilities Casual dining and fine dining at Harvey's Point To assist the Dept Managers so that the kitchen operations run smoothly, working together with the service teams To assist in the supervision and training of junior members of staff To assist in the ordering of food items when necessary To adhere to our HACCP system.
