This Renewals Sales role is a critical Renewal function, ensuring renewal opportunities can progress quickly through the stages and renewal orders can flow seamlessly through our systems. This function is responsible for managing renewal quote requests and providing accurate quotes in a timely manner to the Sales team, partners, and distributors, as well as acting as a dedicated Sales Support contact for reps and managers in our EMEA region. The position is part of the EMEA sales team and interacts closely with sales specialists, all internal teams, partners and distributors.

Sales Acumen:
· Ensures that all case requests are processed through our systems within the communicated Service Level Agreements and according to internal guidelines, approved procedures, audit compliance rules, and revenue recognition guidelines.
· Provides regular updates to Management on the status of services request queue.
· Owns all renewal quoting assignments raised by the team or agreed with Manager.
· Reviews, researches, and takes action as necessary.
· Resolves pending issues in order to ensure renewal opportunities can process through the stages and order can be transacted through our systems.
· Establishes and maintains regular communications with the team, ensuring to set expectations and maintaining a high levels of responsiveness.
· Maintains and enters customer data in in-house customer relations management system.
· Participates in month and quarter end closing.
· Participates in User-Acceptance-Testing (UAT) tasks related to the Sharefile systems.
· Maintains an in-depth understanding of renewals programs, promotions and related pricing and discount schemes. Understands the impact on the order processing procedures and assists in updating the training materials and provide training guidance to team members.
Your Superhero Uniform Includes:
· University/Bachelors degree or equivalent experience required
· 1-2 years of Software Sales experience (SaaS solutions preferred)
· 1+ year of successful B2B sales experience at a software company in Inside Sales or similar environment preferred
· 1+ year of experience identifying and working with C-level contacts preferred
· Experience in a high tech, indirect sales and procurement environment with a demonstrated track record of success in driving customer adoption of technology is preferred
