Role:
The IT and Technical Support Team Lead will have responsibility for the companies IT (1) and Technical Support Teams (4). The successful candidate will work with the Head of Operations to manage the delivery of excellent customer service to customers and colleagues and contribute to the successful delivery of the business strategy.
Two key elements for the business are development of our web platform and revenue generating opportunities for tech support. This would need to be achieved through a willingness to be customer focused and proactively seeking opportunity to understand the customer needs.
Duties:
8. Management of IT and Tech Support Teams
9. Responsible for maintaining high performance levels of service-related processes and the ability to implement improvements where necessary
10. Ensure systems, procedures and methodologies are in place to support outstanding service delivery
11. Responsibility for delivery of key IT projects to support delivery of business strategy and goals
12. Responsible for Technical Support service delivery performance, meeting customer expectations and driving future demand
13. Responsible for delivery of system and service improvements, ensuring that actions are implemented on time and within budget
14. Leading people management, including staff recruitment and retention, performance appraisals, training and mentoring
Experience:
15. Third level Degree
16. 3 Years’ Plus experience in a similar role (IT Support / Customer Support)
17. People management and leadership experience
18. Strong IT Security knowledge
19. Strong ERP system knowledge (SAP Business One an advantage)
20. Proven track record in Identifying and implementing Business Software
