Job Title: Assistant Manager, Cork

You will be part of the retail operations team, managing a small team at the ground level in a fast-paced and exciting environment with the experience, security and leadership of an established business that has been in operation for decades.
Job Responsibilities:
* Supporting the Retail Manager to oversee and ensure the smooth running of the outlet
* Delivering 5 Star excellence in Customer Service
* Dealing with all customer queries efficiently, professionally, and consistently with company policy
* Promote good communication between employees and management
* Recruit, develop, lead, motivate and retain your team
* Engage with new initiatives and embrace new ways of working
* Drive operational standards throughout the company
* Complete club procedures and administration and ensure compliance with policies and practices
Requirements:
* Minimum 2 years Assistant Manager experience in retail or hospitality
* Strong planning and organisation skills, ability to plan and prioritise work schedule and work within agreed timescales
* Excellent communication skills, verbally and in writing
* IT proficient, with experience of working with Microsoft Word, Excel and the aptitude to learn in-house systems
* Ability to influence wider business stakeholders
* Experience in delivering coaching/training in the moment to ensure that customers have a great experience
* Ability to deal with tough situations in a calm and professional manner
