About the Role
We are seeking a highly organized and efficient Travel and Accommodation Administrator to join our team on a 3-month temporary contract. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the travel and accommodation needs of employees and executives.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage travel and accommodation requests in a timely manner, adhering to project schedules and deadlines.
* Coordinate with various stakeholders to arrange flights, rental cars, hotel reservations, and itineraries.
* Liaise with travel agencies and companies for bookings, cancellations, and invoice management.
* Log and maintain accurate records of travel plans, expenses, and employee itineraries.
Requirements
* Fluent English language skills (written and spoken).
* A minimum of 3 years' experience in a similar administrative role.
* Ability to manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously.
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
* Proficiency in MS Office applications, particularly Excel and Word.
