Job Title: Human Resources Executive
We are seeking an experienced Human Resources Executive to join our client, a leading 4-star Hotel Group.
About the Role
The successful candidate will oversee the day-to-day Human Resources activities of the hotel, reporting to the General Manager and the Group Human Resources Manager.
* Oversee the administrative duties of the Human Resources department.
* Respond to employee queries in a timely manner.
* Advise and support Heads of Department in managing their teams, including recruitment, training, performance management, employee engagement, development, and talent planning.
* Manage the recruitment process, ensuring new employees receive necessary documentation and training.
* Maintain employee files and ensure compliance with statutory training requirements.
* Schedule and coordinate training as required.
* Manage employee grievances according to company procedures.
* Submit weekly payroll submissions to the payroll department.
* Implement and deliver group-wide HR projects and initiatives.
Requirements
To be considered for this role, you should have:
* A qualification in Human Resources Management or be studying towards one.
* A minimum of 3 years' experience in a HR role or within a HR department.
* Good knowledge of Irish employment law and best practice.
* Excellent attention to detail, leadership, and conflict management skills.
* Organisation and project management skills.
