Key Roles And Responsibilities
Financial Planning
1. Support planning, co-ordination, consolidation, analysis and reporting of routine Group Budgets, Forecasts, and Long-Term Plans, including:
2. Support divisional analysis
3. Support preparation of Group forecast & budget packs
4. Support forecast analysis and reporting for capex and SDIs
Financial Reporting
1. Support accurate and timely financial reporting for the Group, including:
2. Support month-end analysis and reporting for capex and SDIs
3. Support divisional analysis
4. Support bonus performance reporting and management
Support FP&A projects
Key Skills, Capabilities And Experience
1. Recently qualified accountant or nearly qualified with relevant experience in reporting and forecasting.
2. Should have a minimum of 2+ years working in a similar environment with a proven track record in financial reporting / analysis.
3. Analytical Skills: Ability to work with financial data and generate insights for business decision-making.
4. Attention to Detail: Strong accuracy and focus on detail when preparing reports and analysing data.
5. Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact with different stakeholders.
6. Technical Skills: High proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
7. Problem-Solving Ability: Critical thinker who can identify areas for improvement and propose solutions.
8. Teamwork & Adaptability: Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
