We’re looking for an HR Manager to take ownership of all people-related responsibilities, ensuring policies work in practice, support the business, and help create a great workplace for our client’s company. You’ll work closely with leadership and employees, balancing strategic input with hands-on support. This role could be a great next step for an HR Business Partner ready to take on more responsibility.
Beyond the day-to-day, this role offers the opportunity to shape the HR function and contribute to business growth in a company with a team of 100 employees. You'll focus on building an engaged workplace while aligning HR strategies with company goals.

What you'll be doing:
* Develop and lead recruitment strategy, ensuring the right talent aligns with business needs.
* Act as a trusted advisor, addressing concerns, fostering engagement, and driving culture initiatives.
* Oversee performance reviews, career growth planning, and training programs.
* Manage payroll, benefits, and salary benchmarking to ensure competitive offerings.
* Ensure legal compliance, update policies, and maintain accurate records.
* Align HR initiatives with business goals, using data to drive decisions.
What we're looking for:
* Bachelor's in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
* 6+ years of HR experience, CIPD preferred.
* In-depth knowledge of employment laws and HR practices.
* Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
* Strategic thinker with problem-solving abilities.
* Proficient in HR software and Microsoft Office.
* Strong leadership and independence in a standalone role.
