Location: Limerick, Ireland
Responsibilities: As a Duty Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of our client's store. Your key responsibilities will include:
* Providing strong leadership to the team, fostering motivation, and delivering exceptional customer service.
* Managing day-to-day store activities, including inventory control, merchandising, and overall store maintenance.
* Collaborating with team members to understand and address staffing needs.
* Posting job openings, sourcing candidates, and conducting initial screenings and interviews.
* Maintaining high standards of customer service, resolving concerns promptly and effectively.
* Utilizing your expertise in retail and management to identify and develop the right talent.
* Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies.
Requirements: The ideal candidate will have:
* Proven experience in a similar role within the retail sector.
* Strong leadership and communication skills.
* Knowledge of ambient, fresh, and grocery product management.
* Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
* Flexibility to work on Sundays (1 in 3 weeks).
Salary: Competitive salary up to 38,000 euro per annum, based on experience.
