Responsibilities

* Recruit, train, and support BDRs to meet and exceed their individual attainment metrics while hitting our wider strategic goals.

* Conduct regular one-on-one meetings, providing guidance and motivation.

* Drive and develop a high-performing, diverse, and inclusive team culture.

* Collaborate closely with peers in Business Development, Sales, and Sales Enablement to share best practices and ensure an optimal customer experience.

* Enforce weekly scorecard reviews to identify performance gaps.

Your Profile

* A minimum of 1 year of experience managing BDRs in a Software as a Service (SaaS) company.
">
* A history of over-performance in both individual contributor and management roles.
">
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
">
* Passion for training and development.
">
* Data analytical skills with a focus on trend analysis.
">
* Comfortable with change and fast-paced work environments.
">
* Proficient in sales tools such as Outreach, Salesforce, Cognism, etc.

* Fluency in German (spoken and written) and English.
