We are currently hiring a skilled and enthusiastic Chef de Partie to join the kitchen brigade at a reputable hospitality establishment in Sligo.

Key Responsibilities: Prepare and present high-quality dishes within your section Work closely with the Sous Chef and Head Chef to ensure smooth kitchen operations Maintain hygiene and cleanliness standards in line with HACCP requirements Assist with stock control, food ordering, and waste management Contribute to menu planning and daily specials Train and mentor junior kitchen staff when required Requirements: Proven experience as a Chef de Partie in a fast-paced kitchen Formal culinary training preferred Strong team player with a good attitude and work ethic Excellent knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices Ability to work under pressure and manage your section efficiently What We Offer: Competitive salary of €35,000 €40,000 A supportive and dynamic work environment Opportunities for career development and internal progression Chance to be part of a well-respected culinary team in the Sligo area
