Job Title: Dispatch Clerk

Key Areas of Responsibility:
* Dealing with customers and members of the public in a professional and helpful manner.
* Scheduling of deliveries, optimising of transport and processing of dockets.
* Daily reconciliations.
* Reporting of complaints and safety issues to the Location Manager.
* Management of the sales/cost reports for audit compliance.
* Filing of delivery dockets and timesheets relevant to supplier accounts.
* Manage and operate the office in accordance with policies and procedures.
* Process all orders in an efficient and timely manner.
* Other duties as requested by the Location Manager.

* Strong organisational and administrative skills.
* Excellent communication and inter-personal skills.
* Detail oriented with an ability to operate to strict timelines/deadlines.
* Good IT skills (Microsoft Office).
* Knowledge of Zellis, Oracle and Command Alkon systems would be an advantage.
* Knowledge of Roadstone building materials would be an advantage.
