Trading Executive (12 Month Fixed Term Contract)

This is a 12-month fixed-term contract opportunity. As a Trading Executive, you will be responsible for managing customer administration, ensuring pricing accuracy, and supporting internal processes to drive success.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage and strengthen customer relationships through effective communication
* Oversee new line forms, material code changes, and visual aids to ensure seamless processes
* Ensure accurate pricing setup, eliminating claims and discrepancies
* Collaborate with internal teams to manage accruals, forecast volumes, and monitor trade investments
* Track retail and cost price changes, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations
* Support team responsibilities, providing cover during holidays and absences
Requirements:
* 2+ years proven experience in a customer-facing or administration role, within FMCG, retail, or trading environments
* Strong numerical and analytical skills with proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
* Excellent communication and relationship management abilities
* Financial awareness and a keen eye for detail in pricing and trade investments
* Understanding of legal compliance and internal systems (SAP knowledge a bonus)
