Our client, a production company based in Dublin 2 are seeking a receptionist to join their team.
* Full-time
* 3 - 4 month contract with a likelihood of perm
* €16.31 per hour
It is anticipated that in order to have the required skills and competencies, the Clerical Officer post will be at the First Point level.
Key Responsibilities
·To support the functions of the Dublin office including office administration, phones, meeting room allocation and general management of the office,
·Organising office administration and office stationary purchasing
·Assist with the organisation of travel, accommodation and festival registrations across Screen Ireland
·Organisation of the Dublin archive movements,
·Management of the general info@ mail account
·Work on the Health and Safety team to assist with Health and Safety for the office and Wellbeing Activities for staff
·Offer any administration and organisational support to the Executive Management team as needed (including general administration, event organisation, reservations and bookings, data entry, and data collection).
·Support the SI Marketing and Communications Team with any opportunities for promotion as needed,
·Ensure all relevant SI data management and filing systems are maintained
·Customer Service- Greet Stakeholders in a positive and friendly manner- directing to the correct office, Answering Phones, etc
·Assist individuals with queries and complaints in a timely manner
·Assist with Security(Issuing of keys, etc)
·Assist with Onboarding of new employees and staff events
·Assist with in-person meetings in Dublin office
·Clerical Duties- duties of Clerical Officers may vary depending on the nature of work required.This involves such clerical/administrative tasks which may be assigned to the employee from time to time by the agency
·To coordinate and collaborate with other teams
·To stay abreast of the funding and services available to ensure accurate information in dealing with stakeholder queries
·Creating reports for management when required
·Continue to support Screen Ireland’s commitment to Diversity, Equity and Inclusion
·Other duties as required by the business needs

* Previous experience in a similar role
