Following an investment in its Microsoft Solutions, namely Office 365, Teams, SharePoint, and Azure File Services, there is a requirement for an End-User Trainer for four months to assist in the embedding of these new technologies and new ways of working.
The requirement is for a five-day working week, based in the head office located in Dublin 2. Remote work can be accommodated where possible.
Role Objective
Responsible for the successful embedding of Microsoft Office 365, Microsoft Teams, and Microsoft SharePoint solutions with staff.
Responsibilities:
1. Create an initial competency baseline of training requirements in the relevant solutions.
2. Create appropriate training material to be presented and stored on the intranet.
3. Create training plans to deliver material that aligns with the business operating schedules.
4. Deliver prepared material to staff through appropriate channels - virtual or in person.
5. Hold ICT training clinics with staff (one to one or one to many depending on the material).
6. Direct and manage all stages of the training delivery from planning to completion.
7. Plan and design the training plan and proactively monitor its progress, resolving issues with delivery and initiating appropriate corrective action.
8. Create and maintain all documents and artifacts.
9. Support business areas during the transition from existing use and work practices of O365, Teams, and SharePoint to effectively using the tools and applying the new ways of working.
10. Report progress to the Service Delivery Manager.
11. Broad technology experience across Microsoft productivity applications and solutions from an end-user perspective.
12. Minimum of 3+ years training experience in a similar role within a large organization.
13. Experience in providing Modern Workplace training.
