A leading mid-tier law firm in Dublin is now looking to recruit an experienced commercial property solicitor.
In this role, you will have the opportunity to work on a broad range of matters representing top-tier clients. You will collaborate directly with partners and your work will be high-quality, interesting, and challenging.
The role will involve a variety of responsibilities, including but not limited to:
* Advising clients on the purchase, financing, disposal, and leasing of various types of commercial property, such as industrial, land, offices, and residential properties;
* Drafting, reviewing, and amending commercial leases, deeds of surrender, deeds of variation, side letters, and license agreements;
* Experience in real estate finance;
* Other ad-hoc property-related work as required.
About You
We are seeking a suitably qualified commercial property lawyer who can demonstrate all or some of the following:
* Comfort with all stages of property transactions;
* Exposure to related security documentation;
* Property banking/finance experience would be an advantage;
* Strong academic credentials;
* Excellent analytical, technical, and drafting skills;
* A high level of commercial and business awareness;
* A calm and measured approach to problem-solving;
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team;
* Excellent communication skills; and
* A proven track record in managing competing priorities and deadlines.
