Finance Business Partnering Manager – Dublin / Hybrid
Our client, a major player in the Aviation sector, is seeking a Finance Business Partner Manager to join their growing team.
Reporting to the Director of Finance Business Partnering, the Finance Business Partner Manager is a key player in supporting the performance of the dedicated business area. This involves providing essential financial support, analysis, and strategic guidance to business area Executives and Management.

Your Role:
1. Oversee strategic planning, annual budgeting, medium and long-term planning, and periodic financial forecasting for the assigned areas.
2. Develop regular and monthly financial reporting and analysis for Executives and business area management, ensuring insightful evaluations of financial and operational performance.
3. Manage and enhance business area KPIs, explaining performance variances, and collaborating with business managers and Executives to identify remedial measures if required.
4. Act as a key point of liaison and finance owner for Customer and Corporate Support finances with other finance and business areas.
5. Manage the investment review process, critically evaluating and challenging business cases, ensuring investment decisions are fully supported by appropriate cost-benefit analysis.
6. Direct and manage ad-hoc projects and analyses required by business area Executives or other Executives and management.
7. Ensure financial governance for areas of responsibility, ensuring all oversight and spend management aligns with industry policies and frameworks.
8. Lead and contribute to the identification and delivery of cost savings and financial benefits, including tracking initiatives and supporting contractual negotiations on large, long-term agreements.
9. Lead, guide, develop, coach, and manage a team of direct reports.
Your Skills:
1. Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent).
2. Strong communication skills (written and oral) for effective collaboration across all levels of the organisation.
3. Ability to work within tight time scales while balancing competing priorities.
4. Innovative and solutions-driven, embracing change and process improvement.
5. Proven ability to delegate organisational resources effectively.
6. Demonstrates cooperation and the ability to collaborate across different organisation functions.
