The Role:
As a Graduate Project Manager, you will play a key role in supporting project delivery, working closely with senior team members to ensure successful outcomes. Your responsibilities will include:
- Supporting the project management team in delivering a range of construction projects, including education, leisure, and housing developments.
- Establishing strong working relationships with clients and key stakeholders.
- Assisting in project planning, procurement, and construction processes.
- Ensuring that all project approvals and regulatory requirements are met.
- Coordinating with design teams, contractors, and external consultants.
- Participating in site progress meetings, client liaison meetings, and design coordination.
- Supporting the management of project budgets, schedules, and quality standards.
The Person:
- A degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field (equivalent to Level 8 in the Irish NFQ).
- Strong communication, organisational, and analytical skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team-oriented environment.
- A proactive and enthusiastic approach to learning and career development.
Desirable but not essential:
- Master's Degree in a relevant discipline.
- Knowledge of Public Works Contracts.
- Site experience.
- Full driver's licence.
