Role Overview:
We are recruiting a Business Development Manager with extensive experience in freight and transport sales to lead strategic growth efforts for a prominent logistics provider. Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to expand the client base.
* Build long-term relationships with corporate clients and key accounts.
* Lead negotiations and close high-value contracts in freight and transport services.
* Work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and customer satisfaction.
* Identify market trends, emerging opportunities, and potential challenges.

Qualifications and Skills:
* 2+ years of experience in business development within the freight or transport sector.
* In-depth knowledge of freight forwarding, transport logistics, and supply chain solutions.
* Demonstrated success in achieving significant revenue growth.
* Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
* Ability to manage complex client relationships and deliver bespoke solutions.
* Bachelor’s degree in Business, Logistics, or a related field (preferred).
