Job Description Supervise and oversee all front office, housekeeping, and security operations during night hours.
Act as the primary contact for guest inquiries, complaints, and special requests, ensuring prompt and professional resolution.
Conduct nightly audits, ensuring accurate accounting and financial reporting for the hotel.
Monitor hotel safety and security, responding to emergencies, coordinating with security personnel, and ensuring compliance with hotel policies.
Lead and support night staff, providing guidance, training, and performance management as needed.
Ensure seamless communication between day and night shifts by documenting key events and handing over relevant information.
Maintain the highest levels of service standards, ensuring guest satisfaction and resolving any service discrepancies.
Assist in preparing reports and updating management on overnight occurrences.
Coordinate with other hotel departments to ensure operational excellence.
Qualifications Proven experience in hotel management, preferably in a luxury hospitality setting.
Strong leadership and problem-solving skills.
Excellent customer service and communication abilities.
Ability to work independently and make effective decisions under pressure.
Knowledge of hotel management systems, night audit procedures, and financial reconciliation.
Familiarity with safety and security protocols.
Flexibility to work overnight shifts, weekends, and holidays as required.
