Social Work Team Leader
Join the Safeguarding & Protection Team in Dublin North City & County as a Social Work Team Leader.
About the Role
The purpose of this post is to manage the provision of social work services within a multidisciplinary context, ensuring an equitable and person-centered service for vulnerable adults in community and service settings.
The Safeguarding & Protection Team supports Older Persons aged 65+ and over 18's with a disability.
Key Responsibilities
* Ensure delivery of social work services aligns with CORU's Code of Professional Conduct and Ethics, relevant legislation, and HSE policies, procedures, guidelines, and protocols.
* Manage day-to-day provision of social work services in conjunction with the Principal Social Worker.
* Take direct responsibility for a defined caseload as required or directed by the Principal Social Worker, particularly in cases requiring high experience and expertise.
Eligibility Criteria
* Professional Qualifications, Experience Etc.
* Must be registered on the Social Work Register maintained by the Social Work Registration Board at CORU.
* Maintain live annual registration on the Social Workers Register maintained by the Social Workers Registration.
* Have three years' relevant post-qualification experience.
Requirements
A driver's license is required for this role.
