Hobson Prior is seeking a Lead Scientist for Global Regulatory Affairs in Chemistry, Manufacturing and Controls. This role focuses on providing strategic and operational guidance for the development of Chemistry, Manufacturing and Controls processes. You will be involved in supporting worldwide clinical trials, market registration submissions, and post-approval submissions.

Responsibilities:
* Offer strategic and practical guidance for Chemistry, Manufacturing and Controls development.
* Oversee the preparation and documentation of submissions.
* Lead and direct regulative activities.
* Review and approve changes, deviations, and proposals related to regulatory processes.
Key Skills and Requirements:
* Understanding of regulative and compliance guidelines in pharmaceutical or biopharmaceutical manufacturing.
* A degree in a science-related field such as chemistry, biology, biochemistry, or pharmacy.
