My client who is responsible for support services and based in Dublin City Centre is seeking a customer support administrator for immediate start to join their team. This role will have a contract till the end of December with review for extension and will involve hybrid working.
The successful candidate will be responsible for but not limited to
·Providing excellent levels of customer service
·Look after customer queries logged through ticket handling system within SLA agreements
·Provide, update and evaluate ongoing processes and procedures
·Review and analyse information from our clients’ customers
·Provide and complete reports
·Process applications forms
·Provide general financial information such as Payment updates
·Response to queries by both phone ad email
·Other ad hoc general administration and customer service task
The successful candidate will be required to have
·At least one years’ experience within Customer Service or Call Centre
·At least one year experience within administration or finance
·Proficient in MS Office
·Knowledge of Sharepoint
