* Enhance the lifecycle of our services - from design and deployment to operation and continuous improvement.
* Sustainably scale systems using automation and drive system evolution through improvements in reliability and velocity.
* Release deployments only after passing rigorous quality and security checks.
* Troubleshoot, optimise code, and automate repetitive tasks to increase efficiency.
* Engage in and enhance the entire service lifecycle, from initial design through deployment, operation, and ongoing refinement.
* Assist services before they go live with activities such as system design consulting, capacity planning, and launch reviews.
* Maintain services post-launch by actively measuring and monitoring availability, latency, and overall system health.
* Sustainably scale systems through automation and drive systemic improvements to enhance reliability and velocity over time.
Requirements:
* Strong background in Linux administration and expertise in managing large-scale systems.
* 3+ years of experience in designing, deploying, and maintaining AWS infrastructure with services like API Gateway, DynamoDB, Lambda, IAM, KMS, and CloudFormation.
* Hands-on experience in automation and configuration management using tools such as Ansible or Terraform.
