This is a fantastic opportunity to develop your skills and make a real impact as we continue to grow Key Responsibilities: Operational Management: Lead and motivate restaurant teams to deliver exceptional service while ensuring smooth and efficient daily operations that meet all company standards Team Leadership: Work closely with the Head Chef and Sous Chefs so that the front of house and back of house are working smoothly, hand-in-hand, review upcoming bookings, align schedules, and ensure all necessary plans and resources are in place for successful service Event Management: in conjunction with the sales & events team, coordinate events, acting as the primary point of contact for clients.
Customer Service: Address customer inquiries and complaints promptly and professionally.
Staff Development: Driving standards throughout the team through implementation of trainings, coaching, feedback and briefings for all team members in the restaurants Cost Management:Scheduling and maintaining budgeted labour inline with Cash Handling:Oversee daily cash handling procedures, including accurate cash float management, till balancing, and end-of-day reconciliations Compliance: Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations andmaintain a clean and safe environment.
Requirements: Experience: Minimum years of experience managing high-volume hospitality venues with a passion for hospitality-whether that's a drink, a meal or an event!
