Responsibilities
* Assist in the preparation of monthly and quarterly management accounts and reports
* Preparation of monthly bank reconciliations
* Assist in the coordination of the annual audit with external auditors
* Ensure all rental charges are recorded correctly
* Process all accounts payable invoices in a timely manner
* Assist in the preparation and review of statutory Financial Statements
Requirements
* Bachelors or advanced degree in a relevant field (Business/Accounting/Finance)
* ACA or ACCA part-qualified desirable
* Minimum 3 years’ experience in a finance team (Accounts payable/receivable or account assistant)
* Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office, with excellent excel skills
* Seeks to improve work processes continually and find ideas for more effective ways of working
