Job Description
Maximize customer and order acquisition in line with company strategy. Overall responsibility for service sales and customer development in an assigned sales territory, by providing customer value through technical and commercial expertise and partnering.
Role reporting to Service Sales Manager
Key Responsibilities
1. Customer & order acquisition for service products
2. Identify potential opportunities with existing and new customers
3. Identify sales opportunities, elaborate proposals and coordinate other processes to ensure high level of customer satisfaction.
4. Encourage customer growth and loyalty to the company through continuous support and customer assistance.
5. Perform according to company strategy in terms of customer channels, product mix and selling level.
6. Report according company rules.
7. Using software/programs being obligatory in the company
8. Prepare and review contract terms and conditions using standard company contract templates when applicable
9. Present the proposal to the customer.
10. Follows up with buying influences.
11. Develop, evaluate and discuss possible solutions with customer
12. Actively participate in team work for projects/jobs defined by Acquisition Leader
13. Keep customer data base updated
14. Implement Pan European and local Service Business programs
15. Achieve assigned sales and customer development quota through focus on service customer acquisition and development
Qualification:
16. Technical graduate at minimum with a certificate in Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning
17. Must have demonstrated mechanical and electrical ability
18. Must have the ability to use a computer and associated software (e.g., MS/ Office, Excel and MS Windows).
19. Full clean drivers licence
