Job Title: Junior Administrator/Receptionist
About the Role:
This permanent position requires a highly organized and customer-focused individual to provide administrative support to our Property Management client based in Cork City.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, and possess a high level of proficiency with MS Office.
Key Responsibilities:
* General Administration Duties:
o Correspondence, photocopying, scanning, phone calls, and other administrative tasks.
* Issuing Keys and IDs:
o Assisting new residents with the arrival process by issuing keys, IDs, and license agreements.
* Handling Complaints:
o Responding to resident or third-party complaints and escalating issues to the line manager when necessary.
* Front Desk Reception:
o Serving as the first point of contact for the business, answering queries, and providing information to residents and third parties.
* Daily Operations:
o Managing the day-to-day running of the Reception Office, including maintaining a consistent and high-quality customer service standard.
* Financial Transactions:
o Processing rental payments, managing debtors effectively, producing accommodation invoices (where applicable), and handling daily banking tasks.
Requirements:
* Proficiency in MS Office and Customer Service.
* Comfortable working in a busy, fast-paced environment within a small team.
* Attention to detail is crucial, requiring a careful and accurate approach when dealing with sensitive personal data.
