About Our Division
The Consumers Products Division has the world's #1 beauty brand in L'Oréal Paris, the #1 makeup brand in Maybelline New York, the #1 natural brand in Garnier, as well as NYX Professional Make Up. We have a unique brand portfolio including Essie and Garnier.
A Day in the Life
You will:
1. Build credible and collaborative working relationships with your customer/cross-functional contacts.
2. Develop retailer-centric strategies for your customer; identify joint objectives and build business plans for mutual growth.
3. Influence future retailer initiatives and collaborations; ensuring the brand maximizes all available opportunities in store and online.
4. Manage all lines of the P&L from sell-in down to gross margin, retail sell-out, and your share position in the market and SIT levels to ensure delivery of key KPIs both internally & externally.
5. Work with your brand teams to identify additional retail opportunities for the brand.
6. Drive retail sell-out, grow market share & manage your P&L down to GM for your category both in-store & online.
7. Take ownership of managing the strategy for your brand in your account whilst also working towards taking on wider total account responsibilities, to be seen as a leader within the wider team and developing the skills of more junior members of the team.
8. Build strong relationships with key stakeholders and create persuasive commercial proposals both internally and externally to drive your business forward.
About You
You have:
1. Education up to degree level.
2. Drive and tenacity, with an 'anything is possible' attitude.
3. Strong negotiation skills, to look for a win-win opportunity with our retail partners.
4. Strong organisational and prioritisation skills.
5. Ability to work well under pressure.
6. Strong communication skills – written and verbal.
7. Excellent presentation skills with attention to detail for creating sound commercial arguments.
8. Strong influencing skills – you will be required to demonstrate thought leadership as well as drive to execution.
9. Strong analytical and numeracy skills.
